Place an Order
You may place an order through our convenient, secured website using your credit card 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
You may also place an order by calling us toll-free at 877-259-5532 Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM EST. After an order is placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay by cashier's check please contact us at 877-259-5532 or contact@offthepaw.com for more information.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (6.25%). Required by law. All other states are exempt.

Order Processing
Off The Paw process orders Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. Most items ship within 48 - 72 hours, some may take longer. Most items are delivered within 7 - 10 business days. Special ordered items will take longer. Multiple item orders may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order without any charges as long as it has not shipped. To cancel an order you call us at 877-259-5532. To cancel an order by e-mail please send to contact@offthepaw.com ; include your name, address, telephone number and order number. You MUST receive a cancellation notification e-mail for the cancellation to be valid. Once in order has been shipped it may be returned; see our Return Policy.

Change an Order
You may change an order as long as it has not shipped. To change an order you must call us at 877-259-5532.
